Note:
1. The early bird discount will be valid until Aug. 30, 2023 23:59 Beijing Time (UTC/GMT +8.00).
2. Student registration rates are available only to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their PhD. Post-docs may not register as students.
3. Registration Fee Includes:
l Admission to all conference sessions and exhibition
l Meals during the conference
l Conference program book and bag.
4. For authors who choose to submit a full manuscript to IEEE proceedings, an additional processing fee of CNY 700.00 per manuscript is required. Please note that IEEE reserves the right to decline the publication of individual papers if the materials do not meet its written publication standards. In that case, the processing fee will NOT be refunded.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
l Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat (isuptw@learningconf.cn) by e-mail.
l There is a 10% service charge for processing refunds if cancellations request by Aug. 31, 2023. All registration fees will be forfeited after this date.
l All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
